Ella Gale is a professional Nutritionist, as well as being an accredited Life, Health & Wellbeing Coach, and the founder of All is Well and Fit.
Combining her knowledge of nutrition, lifestyle, physical activity and behaviour change, All is Well and Fit takes a person-centred approach to whole-health wellbeing.
Throughout the years, her business has grown, but the focus has always remained consistent - helping clients optimise their health through a balance diet and lifestyle approach.
